How to operate
- Open the hood to the cocoon wellness pod
- Lift up the bed and locate the on/off switch if not already on
- Lay the bed back down making sure the grey balls are lined up with bed
- Pre-heat the bed by turning it on to the desired setting (Nap, Wellness,

- Change into desired clothing
- Enter bed and pull down cover over you and enjoy your session
