How to operate
- Pre-heat the bed by turning it on to the desired setting (Nap, Wellness, Fitness, Weight management Ect.)
- Open the hood to the cocoon wellness pod
- Change into desired clothing
- Enter bed and pull down cover over you and enjoy your session
- Hydrate well after each session

How to operate
- Place a towel on the foot rest to avoid heat from steam

- Once you’ve selected all of your preferred setting, sit inside the spa capsule and pull down the lid, your head will stick out
